Rosemary Maple Roasted Honeynut Squash
Preparation
1. Lay the halved squash on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup, sprinkle with salt, and lay a sprig of rosemary vertically on each squash half.
2. Roast at 400 for 25 minutes, or until soft and golden.
3. Serve each squash as a half with the rosemary as garnish.
