How It Works
Plow to Porch delivers fresh, seasonal organic/pesticide-free produce and a wide variety of delicious “add-ons” weekly or every other week. The produce in our boxes mirrors the seasonal availability of our local farms and varies from week to week. We source from approximately 10 different farms in order to bring you the greatest variety possible.
Convenient Delivery Options
Each week your box is delivered to your home, business, school or to a designated delivery site by special arrangement and we swap a box full of produce for your last week’s empty one. We offer delivery weekly or every other week.

You pay for your box subscription on a weekly or every other week basis with whatever “add-ons” from the Store you would like to order.

All perishable items are delivered in coolers on ice. We pick up the coolers and ice packs when we make your next delivery. Simply leave them out with your empty box.
All meats and poultry are prepackaged and priced by the pound. Because weights vary, the meat and poultry are weighed prior to billing. Therefore, your charge may be different than the total displayed on the website at the time of ordering. For example, if you order ground beef it may be 1.24 lbs, therefore we must bill for the extra .24lbs.

Terms Of Service & Fees
Produce Boxes can be picked up on Tuesday and Wednesday at our location at 5342 Hollister Ave in Santa Barbara between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm with no delivery charge.
We have other pick up locations listed in the delivery options where there is no delivery fee.
Box Fee
There is a $5.00 delivery box fee for every customer when they sign up.
Cancellations/Vacation Holds/ Add-ons
If you want to cancel a delivery, put your delivery on hold for a vacation, make additions to your order, or make any changes to your account, this can be done online at www.plowtoporch.com on your account by Thursday at midnight (12:00 a.m.) prior to your next delivery.

Each week you receive a "Plow to Porch Recipes and News" Newsletter Email to accompany your produce box. The recipes are selected specifically to assist you in preparing that week's produce selection. You can find more tips and favorite recipes here online!

Refund Policy
Plow to Porch guarantees quality produce and quality service! Plow to Porch offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the quality of our products and the accurate packing of your delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your products, or find an item missing from your order, we will gladly make it up to you in your next delivery with the same item or an item of similar value.
