Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
Preparation
First, preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Next, place the olive oil, garlic, parsley and rosemary into a large resealable bag and shake to mix and combine ingredients. Add the cauliflower to the bag and shake to mix and coat the cauliflower.
Pour the cauliflower onto the baking sheet. Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper to taste. Place the cauliflower into your preheated oven and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Carefully remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Finally, bake the parmesan coated cauliflower for an additional 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve while hot. Yum!
