Baked Pears with Gorgonzola, Walnuts, and Honey

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
Slice the pears in half lengthwise and remove the core and seeds. Place in a baking dish, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Turn the pears cut side down.
Transfer the pears to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the pears, turn them over and stuff with walnuts, gorgonzola and thyme. Place back in the oven for a few minutes, until the cheese has slightly melted.
When the pears are ready, transfer to a platter or plates and drizzle with honey.
