Sugar Snap Peas with Lemon and Garlic
- Trim the snap peas and remove the string, if they aren't already.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the snap peas and toss to coat.
- Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and sauté until the peas are bright green and tender-crisp, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the lemon zest and chili flakes. Toss to combine and add additional seasoning to taste.
