Spaghetti Squash Stuffed With Sausage And Peppers
- STEP 1 Cut squash in halves and scoop out seeds. Lightly rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-40 min in a 375 degree oven. Scrape insides with fork, will become stringy. Set aside.
- STEP 2 Cook Italian sausage, at the end add in the bell peppers,onion,garlic, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2-3 min until veggies are tender, add basil. Salt and Pepper to taste. Add in Sauce. Combine and top the squash with it. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- STEP 3 Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min. Then broil for 2-3 min. Top with additional Parmesan and basil.
