Cancellations/Holds/Add-OnsIf you want to cancel a delivery, put your delivery on hold for a vacation, make additions to your order, or make any changes to your account, this can be done online at www.plowtoporch.com in your account by Friday at noon (12:00 p.m.) prior to your next delivery.
BillingBilling is done on a weekly basis. You will see a pre-authorization of the charge at the beginning of the week of delivery, but the charge is not actually processed until the beginning of the next week after the delivery is completed.
OrdersPlease understand that all meats, poultry and seafood are pre-packaged and priced by the pound. They need to be weighed prior to billing. For example, if you order ground beef it may be 1.24 lbs, if you order a half chicken it may be 2.5 lbs etc...Thus, your charge may be different than the total displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
