Greek Style Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • 6 mini cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup diced feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation
  • Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or place in the fridge for about an hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • This salad is best consumed on the day it is made.
